"My Experience with Nic's Shop"
I haven't worked with Nic before, but I checked out his store. He's a really knowledgeable and driven guy, and I took a liking to his vibe right away. I even got some free samples before I headed out. When I'm in need of bike parts, I know exactly where to go, and I suggest you do the same!

Nick was incredibly courteous and well-informed. He was also a big help in getting my bike into my trunk. I’d suggest America’s Bike Shop anytime! If I ever need another bike, I’d surely return to buy one, all thanks to Nick. Cheers, David Lee

"Got what might be the final frame bolts..."
I picked up what could be the last frame bolts and derailleur hanger for my old GT Fury. Amazingly, Americas reached out to GT to track down the hanger. Super stoked to have found these parts!

Fantastic support from the team! I got a personal call to go over my online order and to confirm that my bike would be carefully checked before it was sent out. My bike showed up just like they said, well packaged and safe. I’ll surely be shopping with ABC again down the line.

I've taken the bike for a little spin, but so far, starting with my call to your company, the service has been top-notch. I can't really judge the product's quality just yet since I've only had it for a brief period, but it was strongly recommended by someone I trust.

"A personal touch from the company, even for online shoppers."
The shipping was faster than I thought it would be, almost like the good old days before COVID. The bike arrived in excellent shape, and everything was included in the package. There was a small mistake, but they fixed it super quick, just an hour after I called. This company really knows how to make you feel valued, even when you're just shopping online.

"Hard-to-find pedals delivered quickly!"
I was on the hunt for some tough-to-find pedals, and they got them shipped to me in just a couple of days! Meanwhile, I've got other parts on order from different shops, and I'm still waiting for a shipping date and no replies to my emails! I really should've just ordered everything from ABC!

Since I couldn’t complete my order online, I ended up calling it in. The guy on the phone was super polite and really helpful. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I’ll definitely shop with ABC again. I totally recommend them!

"Good company, but the item fell short..."
The company was solid, but the item didn’t meet expectations. One of the bearings in the back wheel was damaged. This made the wheel unusable. I won’t purchase it again, and I’m still unable to ride since the replacement was faulty right from the start.

"Searching for a new tire for..."
I was on the hunt for a new tire for my husband's bicycle. Checked out all the nearby stores. Eventually, I took to the internet. The ONLY shop that had the tire was ABC. It arrived quickly. I’ve even ordered another one to have as a backup. Not sure if it’s a problem from China or COVID-19, but bike tires are hard to come by. Really happy with ABC.
